One of the major focuses for successful businesses is the efficient utilization of corporate assets. Efficient use is the driver for almost every kind of asset, from financial capital through to human capital and includes all the production assets that a business has available. A surprising exception to this, given the amounts invested, is the persistent inefficient use of most IT assets.
