Combined Firm to Provide Broader Reach Across Range of Technology Segments in US and Europe
WALTHAM, Mass. – January 19, 2005 -Hurwitz & Associates and Baroudi Bloor International, two highly regarded technology research and consulting firms, today announced plans to merge their organizations. The new firm, which will retain the Hurwitz & Associates name, will reach across a broader range of technology segments in the United States and Europe with services focusing on identifying benefits and best practices for buyers and sellers of information technologies. Carol Baroudi and Robin Bloor, founders of Baroudi Bloor, join Hurwitz & Associates as partners. Judith Hurwitz will remain president of the firm.

Robin Bloor, founder of European analyst firm Bloor Research, brings more than 25 years of technology experience to Hurwitz & Associates.
